What PsychPrep is
PsychPrep AI is a study tool for preparing for psychology exams. It provides original practice questions, explanations, flashcards and an AI tutor. It is not a tutoring service, not an academic institution, and not affiliated with any university, examination board or the College Board.
Academic integrity
You may use PsychPrep to prepare for assessments. You may not use it to complete graded coursework, take-home exams or any assessed work where outside assistance is prohibited. The AI tutor is instructed to refuse such requests. Using the service in breach of your institution's rules is your responsibility, and we may terminate accounts used this way.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use; sharing credentials is not permitted.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. The 30-day Exam Pass is a one-time purchase that expires and does not renew. Contact billing@psychprep.ai for refund requests.
Content accuracy
We work hard to make our questions and explanations accurate, and every item is reviewed before publication. Even so, mistakes are possible and AI-generated explanations can contain errors. Always check anything that contradicts your course materials, and tell us so we can fix it.
Limitation of liability
PsychPrep is a study aid. We make no guarantee about exam results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
